Our Week: Aug 12-16, 2019

Another fantastic week at Workman Communications! Such a good feeling being busy and booked. Thanks to our awesome customers!

To kick off the week we started out with an antenna install on a residential home. We started this project at 7 AM due to the heat. We hooked up the customers off air box, mounted the antenna, and terminated everything. Now the customer will be able to view free local channels without a hefty monthly cable or satellite payment!

We returned to our ongoing project at 11th and R to finish our access control. We sent out our lead technician John to get the job done and he was finished in about an hour.

The next two days were spent at a residential camera install. This customer wanted (19) cameras in total to be installed around his home. (4) of these cameras were intensifier dome cameras. These particular cameras have a motorized lens with auto focus also with adaptive high power IR LEDs for a vivid image with no saturation in darkness which can guarantee you are getting the best camera quality! Then we installed (15) 4k Dome cameras. These cameras include a junction box and also include a built in standard POE! With this system, we installed a 32 channel NVR connected to his home network, so this customer can view his camera feed whenever and wherever! This Speco system is covered by a 5 year warranty and 3 year warranty on the harddrive!

Ending our week, we traveled to Walnut Creek, CA! This project includes running CAT6 cables throughout the whole building (approximately 97 locations plus access points!). We sent 4 technicians out to this project, which means we should be completing this by Wednesday of next week. *fingers crossed* We cannot wait to see this finished project.
