Green Evolution Recycling – CCTV

This week we started work over at our friends at Green Evolution Recycling ! 

Located in Sacramento CA, Green Evolution Recycling is an independent recycling center that provides the necessary equipment to pick-up, store, inspect and even ship over 20,000 tons of recyclable material monthly. Their foundation is based on dedication to developing cost saving and zero waste solutions for recycled material We previously did work for the business owners’ residence, and they were so impressed that we were called for additional work at their business too! 

This 4 day project started early in the week running new CCTV cabling, as well as, reusing existing cabling that is still in good condition to install new Speco 4MP Dome cameras around the facility. We also installed a 21” CCTV monitor, 32 channel 8TB NVR, and 12 port Luxul switch.

We then installed (4) wireless Ubiquiti PtP Access Point’s to existing cabling to create an ethernet bridge over the distance of the facility/outdoors that the current WiFi could not cover. This will help to extend the connection between the cameras and better network coverage. 

Finally, we mounted (2) 65” LG TV’s in the office for live viewing of the CCTV footage. The owner decided to go with a larger TV for viewing because in the future would like to add additional CCTV cameras as needed.
