This week, Workman Communications has officially started servicing That’s Cheap! in Arden Arcade. We partnered with RL Liquidators to upgrade their CCTV system with 45 IP-cameras, install a new access control system, and install new CAT6 cabling for each cash register.
Who are they?
For any Sacramento locals that are familiar with this location, you know this store was once a ToysRUs. However, since its closing in 2018, this retail space has been handed over to RL Liquidators – the largest liquidation company in the western United States. RL Liquidators has been the leading liquidation company since its opening in 2009. Their goal? To adapt to the rapidly changing retail landscape by moving any category of retail products, at any volume! They accomplish this by dispersing inventory to their local stores and selling products directly to consumers. That’s Cheap! has become a leading retail brick by following this business model. It’s an ideal store for home furniture, appliances, home decor, home supplies, toys and other related items.

Once phase one is complete, That’s Cheap! will be equipped with 45 IP-cameras and new CAT6 cabling for each cash register. We will return in the following weeks to finish their access control system. This project will enhance overall employee safety by providing their own entrance into the building, as well as providing advanced 4-Mega Pixel resolution to protect their storefront and products.
