11th & R Mixed-use Project

Workman Communications • April 3, 2020

We are nearing completion with our ongoing project at 11th and R Street!

This is a three-story mixed-use project located on the thriving R Street Corridor in Sacramento, California. The original structure was constructed in 1920. The rehab project keeps the historic landmark façade and adds an additional two floors (26 units) of residential apartments over approximately 15,000 s.f. of vibrant ground floor restaurant, retail and office space. We are wrapping up with our low voltage cabling, CCTV, and access control.

In this photo Rick Workman is installing the access control system which features this Von Duprin 99 push bar and hardware. Once complete, we will create a slideshow to show the process of this amazing building!
